A Homeowners Association (HOA) is a mandatory organization for homeowners within a neighborhood. Ownership of a home in this community includes automatic membership and the requirement to pay annual dues. While renters are not association members, they are required to adhere to all community rules, regulations, and protocols.

 

Please note that a Homeowners Association differs from a Neighborhood Association, which is typically a voluntary group where participation and dues are optional.

 

HOAs are primarily dedicated to maintaining property values, safety, and community harmony. Our Board of Directors consists of neighborhood homeowners serving on a volunteer basis, tasked with enforcing community covenants as established by the developer.
