Street Light Issues: Report these issues to OG&E at 405-272-9741

Street and Pothole Issues: The streets are maintained by the City of Moore. Report those issues at 405-793-5000

Any maintenance issues with the common areas: (landscaping, ponds or bulkhead lights, etc.)  let the HOA know through the website.

Please note that the park and splash pad belong to the City of Moore - any issues or questions regarding the park or splash pad should be directed to the Parks and Recreation Department at the City of Moore at 405-793-5000.

Please be advised that all homeowners are required to submit an Architectural Request Form prior to beginning any roof replacement project. If you have already replaced your roof without submitting a request, please do so immediately to ensure compliance.

Apple Villas
 
Please be advised that homeowners in the Apple Villas are not members of the Apple Valley HOA. Consequently, Apple Villa residents must contact Home Creations directly regarding any Architectural Requests.

Please observe the 25 MPH speed limit throughout all Apple Valley neighborhoods, including Central Park Drive. We kindly ask for your cooperation to ensure the safety of the many children living in our community.

 

 

 

Please be advised that soliciting without a permit within the City of Moore is prohibited. While the HOA has installed "No Soliciting" signage at each entrance as a deterrent, please note that because the community is not gated, solicitors possessing a valid city permit may still operate within our neighborhood. However, if you have a "No Soliciting" sign posted on your private property, solicitors are legally required to respect it. Should a solicitor disregard your sign, you may decline to answer, request that they leave, or contact the Moore Police Department’s non-emergency line. Persistent solicitors may be reported for potential trespassing. Please note that while door hangers and literature are generally permitted, knocking on a door in violation of a displayed "No Soliciting" sign constitutes a reportable solicitation offense.
