2025 Dues
Dues will remain at $175.00 for 2025. Dues statements will be mailed in the next couple weeks. Dues will need to be paid by March 1st, 2025 to avoid a late penalty.
2025 Landscaping We have retained Creative Landscapes to handle our landscaping needs for the coming year.
2025 Upcoming Projects The HOA Board will be making improvements to the entrances. We plan to install new landscaping in the flowerbeds in beginning of 2025.
2024 Projects
In 2024 the HOA completed the repairs to the sprinklers systems at all seven (7) entrances. Cleaned all existing shrubbery from the flowerbeds to prepare for the new.
The entrance at the intersection of Broadway and Central Park is owned and maintained by Home Creations. The new homes and duplexes in that area are governed by Home Creations and not the Apple Valley HOA.
Parking
The HOA has received numerous complaints in regards to parking. Please be mindful of your neighbors and park in your driveway to keep the streets clear. This will help keep the neighborhood children safe by not creating blind spots. |

~ Community Information ~ |
The speed limit in ALL of the Apples is 25 MPH. There are many children living in the neighborhoods, please follow the posted speed limits. This also includes Central Park Drive.

Please be aware that soliciting in the City of Moore, without a permit, is illegal. Also a NO SOLICITING sign has been placed at every entrance for the HOA. This sign is put up as a deterrent for solicitors but if they have a permit they can still solicit within the city of moore, since our HOA is considered public because it is not gated off. If you have a NO SOLICITING sign posted at your property they are not to come to your door to solicit. If they do you can either not answer, ask them to leave and warn them of your sign and/or call the non emergency MPD to have them leave. If the same solicitor continues to come you may call the MPD to come out for potential trespassing. The only one that is protected by law is notes and door hangers on your door, we can not do anything about those, but if they knock on your door you can report it as soliciting.
If a solicitor comes to your door, ask to see their permit. A solicitor should have their permit visibly attached to their clothing and readily available for inspection, like an identification card. If they do not have a permit and they want to come inside your home, do not let them in and call the police immediately. In order to protect the public health, safety and welfare no person may engage in soliciting from house to house in residential areas of the city between sundown or sunup.
Solicitors with permits know that they can only solicit during daytime hours. We have received reports of solicitors in our neighborhood attempting to sell vacuums or other items and asking permission to do in-home demonstrations. Moore police have advised us that these solicitors are often looking for an opportunity to "scope out" homes in preparation for a burglary. Do not allow anyone you do not know into your home.
