Annual Meeting
The Annual Meeting is normally held November or December.  TBD at a future date.
Board Meeting
A Board Meeting will be held on Thursday, March 31, 2022, at the Moore Public Library in the Story Book Room at 6:30pm.
Landscaping (UPDATE)
We are encouraging the residents to give their input to the new landscaping at the entrances. We may have a committee of homeowners to oversee this project.
Unfortunately a lot of the plants and trees didn't make it through the ice storm unscathed. We are in the process of removing anything that died or had disease. We will be planting new plants and trees in the Fall.
The board is aware of the landscaping issues at the entrances. Unfortunately the company we hired could not keep enough employees to handle The Apples workload.
Dues statements
Dues statements will be mailed out by February 1, 2022. To save on postage there will be only one notice.  The annual dues will remain $175.00 per year. If dues are received after March 15th there will a $25.00 late fee added to the account. If the account is not paid in full by May 1st the account will be sent to collections. The Board of Directors is offering payment plans again this year. If a homeowner is interested in making payments please contact the HOA Board at board@applevalleyhoa.com.
You may pay your dues by mailing a check to Neighborhood Services or online at https://townsq.io/
The HOA has received numerous complaints in regards to parking. Please be mindful of your neighbors and park in your driveway to keep the streets clear. This will help keep the neighborhood children safe by not creating blind spots.

~ Maintenance Update ~
While you are out enjoying our beautiful community, keep an eye out for any problems that need to be addressed with the neighborhood.  If you see:
   •   a streetlight that needs to be repaired, please report it to OG&E at 405-272-9741,
   •   a pothole that needs filled, please call the City of Moore at 405-793-5000, or
   •   a maintenance issue with the common space areas (mowing, landscaping lights, etc.)  let us know through the website.
Additionally, please note that the park and splash pad belong to the City of Moore - any issues or questions regarding the park or splash pad should be directed to the Parks and Recreation Department at the City of Moore at 405-793-5000. The City of Moore has an online 'Request / Complaint' form that may be submitted regarding issues within our community.  A link to this form may be found under 'Community Links' on our website.

Thanks for all your help in keeping our neighborhood beautiful.

~ Title and Mortgage Company Information ~

~ Community Information ~
The speed limit in ALL of the Apples is 25 MPH. There are many children living in the neighborhoods, please follow the posted speed limits.  This also includes Central Park Drive.
Please be aware that soliciting in the City of Moore, without a permit, is illegal. Also a NO SOLICITING sign has been placed at every entrance for the HOA. This sign is put up as a deterrent for solicitors but if they have a permit they can still solicit within the city of moore, since our HOA is considered public because it is not gated off. If you have a NO SOLICITING sign posted at your property they are not to come to your door to solicit. If they do you can either not answer, ask them to leave and warn them of your sign and/or call the non emergency MPD to have them leave. If the same solicitor continues to come you may call the MPD to come out for potential trespassing. The only one that is protected by law is notes and door hangers on your door, we can not do anything about those, but if they knock on your door you can report it as soliciting.
If a solicitor comes to your door, ask to see their permit.  A solicitor should have their permit visibly attached to their clothing and readily available for inspection, like an identification card.  If they do not have a permit and they want to come inside your home, do not let them in and call the police immediately. In order to protect the public health, safety and welfare no person may engage in soliciting from house to house in residential areas of the city between sundown or sunup.
Solicitors with permits know that they can only solicit during daytime hours.  We have received reports of solicitors in our neighborhood attempting to sell vacuums or other items and asking permission to do in-home demonstrations.  Moore police have advised us that these solicitors are often looking for an opportunity to "scope out"  homes in preparation for a burglary.  Do not allow anyone you do not know into your home.

~ Roof Replacements ~
We know many of our neighbors have had roof damage.  We encourage replacing your damaged roofs, if necessary.  We also remind you that you are responsible for submitting an Architectural Request Form before your roof is replaced.  If you have had your roof replaced but did not submit a request, please do so immediately.
**All new roofs must match previous shingle quality and color**

~ Architectural Request Form ~
Anything done to the outside of your home that will change it's appearance requires an approval from the Architectural Committee.

Click here for the Architectural Request Form.
