Our responsibilities include the ongoing care of neighborhood entrances, sprinkler systems, and designated green spaces, such as mowing, landscaping, insurance coverage, and tax obligations. Furthermore, we work to protect and enhance property values for all residents by consistently enforcing neighborhood covenants, Architectural Guidelines, and local city ordinances to ensure our community remains both attractive and highly desirable.

The dues pay for mowing/landscaping contractors, water and electricity for the entrance lights and sprinker systems, the insurance premiums and property taxes on all common areas.

 

The dues also pay for the website and the administrative expenses of notifying all homeowners of meetings, and the mailing and collection of dues invoices.
